A documentary of a life is built one chapter at a time.

Most of what we live disappears. Photos accumulate, but they don’t tell the story — they sit in a roll, unsorted, untold. Lenz Tales is a small ritual: capture today’s moments, let them be woven into a chapter, and watch them back when the chapter ends.

The idea

We started Lenz Tales because journaling apps ask for too much, and photo apps ask for too little. We wanted something between: light enough to use every day, structured enough to produce something worth watching back.

Who it’s for

People who already take photos but never look at them. People who journal once, never twice. People who travelled somewhere and can’t remember what mattered. Lenz Tales is for the parts of life that are worth keeping but slip away if you don’t.
